We are developing a standalone invoicing web application for Czech businesses. It will bring customer records, invoices and e-commerce integrations together in one clear workspace.
Simple everyday invoicing
We are designing an independent invoicing core that will work on its own and extend through separate connectors. The focus is on clear workflows, less repetitive data entry and quick reuse of similar invoices.
Proposed features
- Customer records and creating and editing invoice drafts.
- Issuing documents with dedicated numbering sequences.
- PDF documents, an archive and accounting exports.
- Separate client accounts and user permissions.
Planned e-commerce integrations
Shopify is the first planned integration. WooCommerce and Shoptet are intended for later stages. The connectors are not yet available and no live online store is connected.
The design covers paid orders, successful subscription renewals and refunds. The future system is intended to prevent duplicate documents and provide a clear view of exceptions that need review.
Current project status
The project contains an application design and a local interface prototype using synthetic data. The backend, actual document issuance, PDF archive and connectors are not yet implemented. The service is not publicly available.
